It is our mission to provide
a more well-rounded
learning experience for
our students. Therefore,
unlike most private
teachers who simply
provide private lessons,
we here at the Artisan
Violin Studio goes a bit
further.
Not only that we provide essential lessons to our
students, we also prepare them for their choice of
examinations. The current examination boards in
consideration are the Royal Conservatory of Music
(Canada), the Associated Board of the Royal
Schools of Music (England) and the Trinity
Guildhall International Examinations (England).
With over 20 years in teaching experiences, our
violin teacher is board-registered with both RCM
and ABRSM.
In addition to examinations, we also prepare
students for their choice of competitions or music
festivals.
To further enhance their experience in music
performances, we also hold an annual concert near
the end of the calendar year so to provide an
invaluable performing opportunity to all of our
students in a real concert hall environment. Unlike
other studios/schools, there is no cost for our
students to participate in this concert except for
their practise time.
